The “Family House” explores the concept of modern collective living. The design includes three residences, which span across the two levels of the building. At the core of the project is the patio, a space for meeting and interaction that adapts to the needs of the users. This space connects the independent units within the building, while their arrangement allows for their complete autonomy around the perimeter of the plot. With respect for the needs of the place and its users, a solution is sought in which the building integrates privacy with communal living.
